JP Langbroek .

JP Langbroek is a proud Gold Coast local, father of three and husband of Stacey.

He was elected as the Member for Surfers Paradise in 2004, and currently serves as the Shadow Minister for Seniors, Communities and Disability Services, Multiculturalism and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships for the LNP.

JP was also the Education Minister in the LNP Government prior to the 2015 election and was the 33rd Queensland Leader of the Opposition.

JP is the son of a school principal and teacher, and is a proud product of the State education system. JP entered politics to ensure that Gold Coasters were heard loud and clear in Parliament.

Before entering politics, JP was a dentist who ran his own practice in Surfers Paradise and Ashmore. JP loves all sport and Instagramming his life.
