JP Services

The Surfers Paradise Electorate Office does have a staffer available to witness statutory declarations ( up to 5 pages) and to sign certified copies(up to five pages) ONLY. 

Monday: 1pm - 3pm; and

Friday: 1pm - 3pm.

Please note that our Justice of the Peace (Qual) is currently on leave and will return on 7 January 2019.

Congratulatory Messages

If you or someone you know is celebrating an important birthday or anniversary you can arrange a letter from your local Mayor, the Premier of Queensland, Prime Minister of Australia, Governor of Queensland, Governor-General of Australia and/or Her Majesty The Queen, depending on the occasion. If you would like more information on how to arrange a congratulatory letter please contact the Surfers Paradise Electorate Office on (07) 5600 2100 or surfers.paradise@parliament.qld.gov.au. Please note that congratulatory letters can take up to six weeks.
